Licenses and Subscriptions

For products that involve licenses or subscriptions, we offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase upon request. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have encountered any issues, please contact our support team within 15 days of your purchase to request a refund. We are committed to resolving your concerns promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

Digital Products (Carrd, 3rd Party Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds for Carrd templates or any third-party digital products once they have been purchased. Digital products are considered delivered upon purchase, and as such, they are non-refundable.
